# Stake

Kayen Finance allows you to stake your CHZ in the shape of a specific token, stCHZ. stCHZ tokens serve as a receipt, which you can then use on other decentralized exchanges (DEX) and lending protocols.

Here's how you can stake your CHZ.

### Open the Stake interface

Open the "Stake" menu and select the "Stake" option.

### Enter an amount of CHZ to stake

Enter a number in the "You stake" field, and KayenFi will indicate how much stCHZ you will receive in return.

### Validate the stake

Click "Stake CHZ" to trigger the staking.

KayenFi will display a summary. Confirm the stake.

### Confirm in your wallet

Your Web3 wallet (MetaMask or any other) will open a window asking you to confirm the transaction. Validate it in order to complete your staking.
